We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Store Manager to join an established multi-site franchisee that has proudly been part of the BurgerFuel journey for more than 20 years.

We can offer you the best of both worlds: the independence to run your store like it’s your own business, while also having a dedicated Area Manager and a network of five other Store Managers who meet regularly, share ideas and have each other’s backs.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of your store, lead a team of high-energy people, and make sure both your customers and your crew have a great experience.

That means:

- Leading, motivating and developing your team

- Keeping the store running smoothly and hitting operational targets

- Creating an exceptional customer experience

- Creating and then executing a local store marketing program to generate more business opportunities in store

- Keeping the energy high and the burgers juicy

What are we looking for?

- Previous leadership or management experience

- Great people and communication skills

- Strong organisation and time-management skills

- The ability to stay calm, think on your feet and solve problems

- A genuine passion for great customer experiences

- The energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
